The market for our products is distinguished by rapidly evolving technology. Recently, the trend in the electronic products industry has been to increase the speed, complexity and performance of components while reducing their size. We are confident that our technological capabilities will allow us to address the growing needs of manufacturers who need to bring complicated electronic products to market sooner. Printed circuit boards are manufactured from large sheets of laminated material, or panels. Each panel is typically subdivided into multiple printed circuit boards, each consisting of a pattern of electrical circuitry etched from copper to provide an electrical connection between the components mounted to it. Original equipment manufacturers ( OEM ) and electronic manufacturing services ( EMS ) providers are primary purchasers of printed circuit boards.
